The EVAL_4kVA_230VAC_5LINV board features 150V OptiMOS™ 5 technology, XMC4700 microcontroller, and EiceDRIVER™ 2EDF7275F gate driver, achieving ultra-high efficiency exceeding 99%. It supports a nominal 400VDC input voltage, providing 230VRMS, 60Hz pure sine wave output with a maximum continuous power of 4.0kVA. It can safely sustain a 50% overload for 10 seconds.
