The EVAL-48V150APSC3GAN is a modular evaluation platform combining a 48V/150A GaN inverter with the PSOC™ Control C3 motor control kit. Tested at tool level in a leaf blower use case, it delivers ready-to-run firmware and validated hardware. Supporting sensorless FOC, seven-segment SVPWM, up to 99% inverter efficiency, 100 kHz switching frequency, and 80 kHz cycle-by-cycle regulation, it accelerates time-to-market for power tools and OPE designs.
