The evaluation board EVAL_2KW_SiC_IH features the new CoolSiC™ MOSFETs 650 V G2 family, specifically designed for induction heating and resonant switching applications up to 150 kHz. It demonstrates the functionality and key features of the CoolSiC™ MOSFETs G2 in combination with the level-shift EiceDRIVER™ gate driver ICs based on SOI technology.
