It shows the capabilities of the SOI level shift EiceDRIVER™ 2ED21064S06J in conjunction with the 650 V CoolGaN™ GIT G5 IGLD65R055D2 transistor, providing a reliable and efficient power conversion solution with up to 500 W output, 2 Arms current.
