This is a 15W 5.0V/3.0A USB adapter reference design using AC-DC quasi-resonant PWM controller IC, 700V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFET in IPAK package, OptiMOS™ 60V low voltage power MOSFET and high speed switching diode in a slim plug form factor with various mode of protections.
