The daughterboard (EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCS) is part of a family of evaluation boards used in automotive power distributions for 12 and 24 V board nets. It consists of two 60 V OptiMOSTM5 power MOSFETs (1.1 mOhm) in a back2back common source configuration. Other available daughterboards include: EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCD, EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCDP, and EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCSP, each with different configurations and features.

  • 0,5 mOhm shunt resistor
  • 60 V OptiMOSTM5 power MOSFET
  • MOSFET temp monitoring using NTC
