München, 23. Juni 2026 – Infineon gibt bekannt, dass die BRC Solar GmbH CoolGaN™ 100 V- Transistoren als zentrale Schalttechnologie für ihre Power Optimizer ausgewählt hat. Die CoolGaN Transistor 100 V-Familie bietet branchenführende Schaltleistung und Leistungshandhabung in einem kompakten 3 mm x 5 mm Gehäuse und ermöglicht Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) auf Modulebene mit höchster Effizienz und Leistungsdichte in dieser Klasse von Solaranwendungen.
