The CY15B204QN-40SXE is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ Auto Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 512K × 8 SPI interface, automotive Grade 1 qualification, and -40°C to +125°C operating range. It supports a 1.8 V to 3.6 V supply, up to 40 MHz clock, and offers 10¹³ endurance cycles with 121-year data retention at 85°C. Instant non-volatile writes, advanced write protection, device and unique IDs, and ultra-low standby current make it ideal for automotive and industrial data logging applications.
