What is special about working at Infineon?

Working at Infineon, one of the world’s top 10 semiconductor companies, is a fantastic experience. I enjoy working with some of the smartest people in the business, and witnessing myself improve day by day.

What are your main tasks?

My ultimate task is to equip mobile and IoT devices with Infineon’s best-in-class RF solutions. To accomplish this ultimate task, I fill my calendar with strategic thinking and execution sessions, deep customer engagements, and cross-team collaborations.

What are the results of your work?

We deliver best-in-class RF connections to mobile phones, smart watches, and IoT devices. For example, Infineon’s GPS LNA in smart watches helps end users to stay on track without sacrificing battery life.

What are your job highlights?

As a new hire from a different market segment, I bring new ideas and resources to the table, which I believe will help the business to go a step further.

What are your biggest challenges?

Coming from a different market segment to this highly competitive segment is quite challenging. However, Infineon and myself are willing to step up to the challenge and look for new possibilities.

Is it better to be extraordinary and late, or good and on time?

It depends on what market segment one is in. In terms of my segment, which is extremely fast-paced, good and on time is the way to keep the wheels rolling.
