What are your main tasks?

My main tasks involve coaching & consulting; training & workshops; facilitation of agile frameworks and mindset; help drive continous improvement, collaboration, transformation, change and conflict management and stakeholder collaboration.

What are the results of your work?

Teams and organizations are working more effectively, more satisfied & motivated, more transparent and with better collaboration. Products and services can be delivered more iteratively, user friendly and can be continuously improved. 

What are your job highlights?

My highlights include launch of products and services, ideation and vision workshops and the organization of Infineon Makeathon.

What are your biggest challenges?

My biggest challenge is staying focused and giving my best to be fully present while having several stakeholder and serving their needs. 

What inspires you?

Passionate people, that are open to learn and have a visionary mindset inspire me. Additionally, a collaborative workspace with a continuous improvement culture.
