What is special about working at Infineon?

Infineon offers a respectful working environment and the possibility to balance private and professional life.

What are your main tasks?

My main focus is on helping to guarantee Infineon’s high quality standards. I do this with various analysis methods like transmission electron microscopy and focused ion beam analysis. I coach my team and help to ensure that they can conduct their work.

What are the results of your work?

The failure analysis lab contributes to the whole development process. We create images and failure analysis results, based on which decisions are made for all processes. We also help to uncover problems with products.

Working days with a lot of variety in an international team and having the opportunity to work with nearly all Infineon products.

What are your biggest challenges?

It is not always easy to be agile as Infineon is a huge company and some things take time.

What are you most proud of?

My team and the environment we create to grow together.
