The motivating team spirit within Infineon and the innovative products and solutions we are offering.

What are your main tasks?

My main task is managing and leading my team. Yield management and the assessment of productive material is one of the main goals of my team. Within development projects, I am the ambassador for future production.

What are the results of your work?

I have a highly motivated and efficient team that keeps products stable and yields at a high level.

What are your job highlights?

Working within a highly motivated team is a highlight for me, as is the opportunity to contribute to providing stable and innovative products. Another highlight for me as a manager is to work with my team and further develop them.

What are your biggest challenges?

Balancing the tasks and responsibilities within my team during dynamic times. 

What inspires you?

The people at Infineon inspire me – most of all the managers that I have and have had so far.
