1. Apply for a position

Visit our job search page, upload your CV directly, and receive individual job suggestions based on your skills and experience. Found your dream job? Complete the pre-filled application form and click on the Apply now button - done!

Alternatively, you can search for jobs manually, filter results, upload your CV later, and submit an application.

2. Application materials

If nothing else is noted in a job posting, all you need to do is upload your CV. Of course, you can also submit further documents (cover letter, diplomas, certificates, reference letters, etc.). But this is not mandatory.

3. Feedback

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After reviewing all documents, we will give you feedback on your application as soon as possible. You can track the status of your application in your candidate profile (in case you signed up) at any time.

4. Invitation to meet in person

In case of a positive response, you will take part in a first interview with the manager from the department you have applied to. The goal of this first interview is to find out more about your CV and to give you and the interviewer the chance to address any open questions.

Depending on the number of people deciding and other factors, further interviews will be scheduled. The information and impressions gathered in the interview(s) are generally enough for both parties to decide.

5. Contract offer

When the negotiations have progressed to everyone’s satisfaction, you will be offered a contract, and you can soon start your career at Infineon.

6. Onboarding

We support you with information and events. From the very first day, your supervisor and a buddy will be at your side to offer you help and advice. Many locations hold New Hire Community events, like monthly breakfast meetings, where you can get to know other people at Infineon. We do everything we can to make you feel comfortable.
