Our ultra-low-power microcontroller (MCU) PSOC™ 4, featuring the industry’s best capacitive touch technology, segment LCD interface and 12-bit ADC, makes it ideal for low-cost, battery-powered GDO keypad solutions. PSOC™ 6 offers an additional Arm® Cortex®-M4F core to separate HMI and wireless communication from sensor hub and GDO control typically handled by low-power Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core instead of using two MCUs in a GDO design.

Infineon’s reliable AIROC™ wireless connectivity solutions come in many options to meet your specific needs.  Our  AIROC™ :

  • CYW43439 is a single-band 1x1 Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth® 5.2 combo
