Share Buyback Program 2025

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Infineon Technologies AG resolved to acquire in the period from 15 September 2025 until 14 November 2025 up to 750,000 shares (ISIN DE0006231004) via the stock exchange at a total purchase price (excluding incidental costs) of up to €37 million. The buyback was based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on 16 February 2023 and carried out on behalf of Infineon by an independent credit institution and serves the sole purpose of allocating shares to employees of the company or affiliated companies, members of the Management Board of the company as well as members of the management board and the board of directors of affiliated companies as part of the existing employee participation programs. Until 14 November 2025 including, a total volume of 750 thousand shares was acquired as planned. The Share Buyback Program 2025 thus was completed on 14 November 2025. The total purchase price amounts to EUR 24,779,829, the average purchase price paid per share was EUR 33.04.

Share Buyback Program 2024

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Infineon Technologies AG resolved to acquire in the period from 26 February  2024 until 28 March 2024 up to 7,000,000 shares (ISIN DE0006231004) via the stock exchange at a total purchase price (excluding incidental costs) of up to €300 million. The buyback was based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on 16 February 2023 and carried out on behalf of Infineon by an independent credit institution and serves the sole purpose of allocating shares to employees of the company or affiliated companies, members of the Management Board of the company as well as members of the management board and the board of directors of affiliated companies as part of the existing employee participation programs. Until 18 March 2024 including, a total volume of 7 million shares was acquired as planned. The Share Buyback Program 2024 thus was completed on 18 March 2024. The total purchase price amounts to EUR 232,872,668, the average purchase price paid per share was EUR 33.27.
