The TLS820F1ELV50 regulators are ideal for automotive or battery-connected supply systems, with a 3V to 40V input range and a low 40μA quiescent current. They offer high output voltage accuracy, 200mA max current, fast regulation, and stability. Additionally, they integrate a Watchdog circuit and include internal protection features for added reliability.
