The AEC-Q100 qualified TLF12500 integrated power stage, part of the OPTIREG™ multiphase family, is designed for automotive applications with a unique package for enhanced reliability in harsh environments. It features a synchronous buck gate-driver IC, co-packed with control and synchronous MOSFETs, enabling high efficiency for low output voltages. With advanced protection and up to 2 MHz switching, it supports compact, efficient designs.
