The MOTIX™ TLE9855QX is a highly integrated single-chip 2-phase motor driver that combines an industry-standard Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, NFET driver, LIN transceiver, and power in a single package. This integrated Grade 1 device is offered in a leadless VQFN-48 package, minimizing board space and enabling optimized system cost for applications such as window lift.
