Infineon XENSIV™ TLE5501: High-accuracy TMR-based angle sensor. No internal amplifier needed, directly connect to microcontroller. Low temperature drift reduces calibration efforts. Low current consumption. Two versions available: TLE5501 E0001 (automotive qualified) and TLE5501 E0002 (automotive ASIL). Detects magnetic field orientation by measuring sine and cosine angles with TMR elements. Large output voltage eliminates signal amplification.
