The TLE4274-2D V50 regulates a 40V input to VQ,nom = 5V with a precision of ±2%, designed for harsh automotive environments. It is protected against overload, short circuit, and over temperature, with low quiescent current, suitable for applications permanently connected to VBAT. Additionally, it can be used in other applications requiring a stable 5V voltage.
