The TLE4269G operates at a maximum voltage of 45V, driving a 150mA load, and includes short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown. It generates a reset signal for VQ < 4.65V, with adjustable threshold and delay. The integrated comparator provides a low voltage warning, and it is available in PG‑DSO‑14 package as TLE4269GM and in PG‑DSO‑20 package as TLE4269GL. The TLE42994GM is also available.
