The S29PL064J70BFW070 is a 64 Mbit, 3 V parallel NOR Flash memory with Enhanced VersatileIO™ supporting flexible I/O voltages (2.7–3.6 V). It features page mode operation with access times as fast as 20 ns and random access down to 55 ns. Four FlexBank banks enable simultaneous read/write operations. Sector protection includes persistent and password modes. Typical standby current is 0.2 μA, and cycling endurance reaches 1 million cycles per sector.
