The S29PL064J70BFI070 is a 64 Mbit, 3 V-only Page Mode and Simultaneous Read/Write Flash memory device organized as 4 Mwords x 16 bits. It features four memory banks for zero-latency simultaneous operations, fast page access down to 20 ns, and random access as fast as 55 ns. Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it supports industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C) and advanced sector protection, making it ideal for reliable embedded systems.
