The S29PL064J60BFA073 is a 64 Mbit (4M × 16-bit) page mode Flash memory operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, with page access times as fast as 20 ns and random access down to 55 ns. It supports simultaneous read/write via FlexBank architecture, 3 V I/O compatibility, and sector protection including persistent and password-based methods. With 1 million program/erase cycles per sector and 20-year data retention, it is ideal for automotive and industrial code storage.
