The S29AL008J70BFA023 is an 8 Mbit boot sector Flash memory operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V with 70 ns access time and extended temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). It features flexible sector architecture, secured silicon sector for permanent identification, and JEDEC command set compatibility. Ultra-low power modes, high cycling endurance, and 20-year data retention suit automotive and industrial applications. Available in 48-ball BGA and 48-pin TSOP packages.
