The S29AL008J70BAI020 is an 8 Mbit (1M × 8-bit/512K × 16-bit), 3 V boot sector Flash memory with bottom boot block configuration and 70 ns access time. Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it supports automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 1 temperatures up to 125°C and is available in a 48-ball BGA package. Key features include sector group protection, CFI compliance, ultra-low standby current, and robust cycling endurance for reliable code and data storage.
