Built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification, and advanced ECC. Endurance Flex enables up to 2,560,000 cycles and 25 years retention. Integrated CRC and sector protection ensure data integrity for automotive and industrial applications.
