The S28HS01GTFPBHB030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with octal interface, 1.8 V operation, and SDR/DDR modes up to 166 MBps. Built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification, and advanced ECC. Endurance Flex enables up to 2,560,000 cycles and 25 years retention. Integrated CRC and sector protection ensure data integrity for automotive and industrial applications.
