S28HL512TFPBHV010 is a 512 Mbit SEMPER™ NOR flash with an octal interface for execute-in-place code and data storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 105°C (industrial plus) and supports 166 MHz SDR/DDR transfers up to 333 MByte/s. It uses a 24-ball BGA (halogen-free, Pb-free). Functional-safety features include ECC (SECDED), SafeBoot, interface CRC, and data integrity CRC.
