The S28HL512TFPBHB013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ Flash memory with octal interface, supporting SDR and DDR up to 166 MBps at 3.0 V. Built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it features ECC, interface and data integrity CRC, SafeBoot for initialization failure detection, and Endurance Flex for configurable endurance and retention. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C), it offers advanced sector and block protection, and a minimum of 1,280,000 program-erase cycles.
