The S28HL01GTFPBHV030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with a 3.0 V octal interface, built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high endurance and reliability. It supports SDR and DDR up to 166 MBps, features flexible sector architecture, built-in ECC (SECDED), ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance and ASIL-D readiness, and advanced sector protection. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it offers up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention.
