The S28HL01GTFPBHI030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and octal interface at 3.0 V. SDR up to 166 MBps and DDR up to 332 MBps are supported. Built-in ECC (SECDED), Endurance Flex architecture, ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, and advanced sector protection enhance reliability. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 3 and industrial temperature ranges.
