The S28HL01GTFPBHA030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with octal interface for automotive and industrial use, operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supporting AEC-Q100 Grade 1, 2, and 3 (-40°C to 125°C). It features Infineon 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, flexible sector architectures, up to 400 MBps Octal DDR read, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex. Minimum endurance is 2,560,000 cycles for the main array.
