The S26HS512TGABHM013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with HYPERBUS™ interface, built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for reliability and safety. It supports DDR operation up to 400 MBps, features flexible sectoring with 256 KB and 4 KB sectors, and Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified, it operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and integrates ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot for automotive and safety-critical uses.
