The S26HS512TGABHM000 SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory from Infineon, is an ISO 26262-compliant automotive-grade device with a density of 512 Mbit. Utilizing HYPERBUS™ interface, it boasts an impressive bandwidth of 400 MByte/s powered by 1.8V operating voltage. It features a page programming buffer of 256 or 512 bytes, and an OTP secure silicon region (SSR) of 1024 bytes. The device is housed in an Infineon PG-BGA-24 package.
