The S26HS512TGABHB003 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ Flash memory with HYPERBUS™ interface, built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for automotive and industrial safety applications. It supports 1.8 V operation, 24-ball BGA package, and up to 400 MBps DDR read at 200 MHz. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C), it features ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, Endurance Flex architecture, and advanced sector protection. Minimum endurance is 1,280,000 cycles and 25 years retention.
