The S26HS01GTGABHV023 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with HYPERBUS™ interface, supporting DDR up to 400 MBps and legacy SPI. Built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers flexible sector architecture, up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, and 25-year data retention. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant and AEC-Q100 qualified, it features advanced ECC, data integrity CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex for high endurance or long retention.
