The S26HS01GTGABHV020 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory with HYPERBUS™ and SPI interfaces, supporting DDR data transfer up to 400 MBps. It meets ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance and features ECC for single-bit correction and two-bit error detection. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V and -40°C to 125°C, it offers flexible sector architecture, Endurance Flex for up to 1 million cycles or 25 years retention, and diagnostic features for automotive and industrial use.
