The S26HS01GTFPBHV030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory with HYPERBUS™ and SPI interfaces, supporting DDR read rates up to 400 MBps at 200 MHz. It meets ISO 26262 ASIL-B and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standards, operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and -40°C to 125°C. Endurance Flex enables up to 1,000,000 cycles or 25 years retention, with ECC for single-bit correction and two-bit error detection.
