The S26HL512TFPBHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and supporting HYPERBUS™ and SPI interfaces. It achieves up to 400 MBps data rates (DDR, 200 MHz) and features SECDED ECC for error correction. Endurance Flex enables high-endurance and long-retention partitions, with minimum 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to 125°C).
