The S26HL512TFPBHI010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with HYPERBUS™ interface, supporting 1.8 V and 3.0 V operation. It delivers up to 400 MBps read throughput (DDR, 200 MHz), features flexible sector architecture, and ensures at least 1,280,000 program-erase cycles. Functional safety is enabled with ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance and built-in ECC. Operating from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
