The S26HL02GTFGBHM050 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon® 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and a HYPERBUS™ interface supporting up to 332 MBps DDR at 166 MHz. It is ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant and ASIL-D ready, with robust data integrity, minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, and 25-year retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +125°C, it features flexible sector architectures and advanced ECC for automotive and industrial safety applications.
