The S26HL01GTFPBHM020 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory with HYPERBUS™ interface for automotive and industrial systems. It operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supports AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C). Built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year data retention. Key features include robust ECC, 400 MBps read speed (200 MHz DDR), advanced sector protection, SafeBoot, AutoBoot, and ISO26262 ASIL-B compliance.
