The S25HS512TFABHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory with Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI up to 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz) at 1.7 V to 2.0 V. It offers flexible sector architectures, high endurance with at least 1,280,000 program-erase cycles, and 25 years retention. Functional safety features include ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC, CRC-based data integrity, and SafeBoot. AEC-Q100 qualification enables use in automotive and industrial systems.
