The S25HS512TDSBHV013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI up to 83 MBps (SDR, 166 MHz) and 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz), features ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety, and ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualified (-40°C to +85°C), supports at least 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Ideal for automotive and industrial uses.
