The S25HS512TDPBHV013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI (up to 102 MBps DDR), Dual SPI, and SPI at 1.7 V to 2.0 V. Features include ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection, and Endurance Flex for high endurance and retention. AEC-Q100 qualification and up to 125°C operation enable reliable, high-speed storage in automotive and industrial systems.
