The S25HS01GTFABHA033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for robust data integrity and safety. It supports Quad SPI up to 102 MBps DDR, advanced ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection, and flexible sector architectures. Operating at 1.7–2.0 V, it meets automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) and ISO26262 ASIL B compliance. With endurance flex architecture, it is ideal for automotive use.
