S25HL512TDPNHM013 is a 512 Mbit SEMPER™ HL-T NOR flash for automotive and ISO 26262-compliant systems, using Quad SPI. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 125°C, and supports up to 133 MHz SDR / 66 MHz DDR (66 MByte/s bandwidth). Functional safety features include ECC (SECDED), data-integrity CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex wear leveling, with 260°C peak reflow, RoHS and halogen-free compliance.
