The S25HL02GTDZBHM053 is a 2 Gb (2 × 1 Gb) SEMPER™ NOR flash MCP using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports SPI, Dual SPI (1S-2S-2S), and Quad SPI/QPI, with up to 83 MBps SDR (133 MHz) and 83 MHz DDR options. Safety and protection include ECC (SECDED), CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection. Operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +125°C (grade dependent) in a 24-ball BGA package.
