The S25HL01GTDPMHB010 is an automotive-grade SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory from Infineon's HL-T Family offering 1 Gbit density with a speedy Quad SPI Interface. This ISO 26262-compliant memory device provides high-bandwidth memory (66 MByte/s) and operates at 3V frequency. It uses Infineon's proprietary 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and features a multi-chip package for enhanced functionality and performance. It's housed in a PG-DSO-16 package and provides strong reliability for automotive applications.
