The S25HL01GTDPBHA033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash built on Infineon’s 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, offering up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention. It supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and standard SPI protocols with read speeds up to 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz) and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification make it ideal for automotive and industrial use cases.
